Choices and quantities vary depending on party size.

Oven bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or Rack & Sternos for 2 hours.  Our heating time takes longer than usual due to the amount of food per tray

10 to 12 servings per half tray or 20 to 24 servings per full tray

Orders must be placed 1 week in advance with 30% deposit and 72 hours notice must be given for cancellation
